Enrolment Day
I participated in this today and fortunately was one of the first things that actually worked out for me. I got all my classes as requested (I planned them out on-line earlier before I came here) and they were all accepted. I was done with the process within 30 minutes but then had to venture off to get my student id card. As I walked in I heard people talking about going through the gauntlet and I didn't really know what that meant so I ignored it. I soon understood what they meant however as I waited in this long line of other students with salesmen on both sides of the line trying to get me to sign up to their group or business. Some were useful while others I just had no use for. Bottom line was I just wanted to get it over with and say "no thanks" to everything because I had no use for them but I hate saying that to people like just straight up ignoring their offers. Oh well its over and done with and I am all set (less the books) for one great semester at Canterbury.
