Pokemon

Hung out last night with Cathy, one of our friends from our program, and met all her room-mates last night. They were really chill and awesome guys but get this, completely obsessed with Pokemon - you know the collectible cards and TV show from like 4th grade?? Ya apparently thats a pretty big thing here among all Kiwis. They play on their gameboy advances and nintendo DS pokemon blue, black, red versions, etc. They're all great people though, not like people in America who would be obsessed with something like pokemon, attending conventions and what-not. Just find it really funny that something that was so big in America 10 years ago and fazed out over time is so big here!
