Rogue Wave

Today Morgan, Megan, Michaela, and a few other girls travelled about 2.5 hours away from Wellington to visit a local beach/bay. While there they ventured down closer to the bay side and walked along the rocks. All was peaceful and at rest for the time being until they all got literally taken out by a gigantic rogue wave that towered over them. They all lost their phones and cameras in the process, along with sustaining some brutal injuries. Megan and Michaela fortunately wound up with just scrapes and bruises, however Morgan wasn't so lucky. She's spending the next couple of days in the hospital for surgery on her foot, so far as I know. I can't even imagine how bad she must feel right now so I'm definitely making my way out to the hospital tomorrow to spend some time with her. Mother nature has really shown us both sides of her beauty and destructive power so far in 2011...
