Zorbing

Probably one of the best minute's of my life...literally. This insanely fun "hamster-ball" activity made this trip up to Rotorua that much sweeter. For all those who don't know what zorbing is, you basically roll down the hill in a giant plastic inflated ball and literally just roll around inside for the duration of the hill. Absolutely one of the most fun things I've ever done! We got there and opted to go two people in one ball with water as well. You dive into the zorb ball superman style, thereby drenching yourself in the water right from the get-go. Next the guide at the top gives us the thumbs up and says just start rolling. We try to stay on our feet for as long as possible - about half a second - and then just roll and jump on top of each other the rest of the way down (Had we successfully stayed on our feet for the entirety of the track then we would have been given $250 - they've never given that out before though as you can imagine). For being only a minute long it goes by very quickly, but it is oh so worth it. Pictures and video to come soon!
