Ilam Apartments

This is my new home for the next five months here in Christchurch, New Zealand. As I may have mentioned earlier in my previous blog there isn't free internet here but grocery stores are close and the kitchen is decently equipped. I only have two room-mates at the moment, one of them an RA. I haven't met him though because he arrives this Thursday (tomorrow). The other is a very interesting fellow who seems to know a lot and isn't exactly the social type. So far he has stayed in his room downloading tv shows and whatnot from the internet. The first time I met him in fact he said his name was Matthew and that he "likes to keep busy." Then walked away - don't get me wrong he's a nice guy just different and obviously wired a little differently than the rest of us.
